1/ One sample unit remaining unsealed shall be subjected to the internal inspection.
2/ Solderability samples are not subjected to dielectric withstanding voltage, insulation resistance, electrical
characteristics, and seal.
3/ Coil resistance (or coil current) may be done prior to dielectric withstanding voltage and insulation resistance.
Testing sequence is optional for insulation resistance and dielectric withstanding voltage prior to electrical characteristics.
4/ A minimum of four relays shall be tested for Q5. For relays with more than two contact ratings, two relays per contact rating shall be tested.
