Apply specified (see 3.1) input conditions, and activate the necessary status conditions to turn the status

output ON.

Verify that the status turn-on time is as specified (see 3.1).

Apply specified (see 3.1) load, voltage, and frequency (if applicable).

Apply specified (see 3.1) input conditions, and activate the necessary status conditions to turn the status
